We generally let community suspensions reflect the power of the people. It's not uncommon for Ambassadors and figureheads to get community suspended. However, these are almost always instantly revoked and expunged from your record.

You can't tell who reports you unless a mod tells you. Anyways, what if there isn't a mod online, or they are online just not at the computer, and we have some trolls spamming OpenStudy. Looks like we would have to deal with it and we can't do anything about it

One user can't community suspend you. It has to be multiple users as well.

Since people are complaining about the long time it takes for verifying the email then OS should change their tactic to only allow users to enter the site once the email is completely verified.
