I saw you ask for help in the math chat :) *scratches head* I can try to help, but I'm not great at probability so I might end up being wrong... I think it would be something like (the probability of landing on red on the spinner) times (the probability of picking up the green card) = (probability of both at in the same round)

probability of landing on red = (number of red sections) divided by (number of total sections on spinner)
probability of picking green card = (number of green cards) divided by (number of total cards)
