Hello!
Here are some words you could use to express location:

... esta debajo de... ["is below"]
... esta delante de... ["is in front of"]
... esta al lado de... ["is beside"]
... esta encima de... ["is on"]
... esta en el suelo... ["is on the floor"]
... esta volcada... ["is knocked over"]

So, before and after the words, you'll always need to add:
- before the words above: the object you're talking about
- after the words above: the thing you take as a point of reference to show location.

Example:
El escritorio ESTA DEBAJO DE la computadora.
