This place has some tidying up to do.
1. The UI has looked the same for at least two years, It looks old and outdated.
2. Certain questions won't load at all, especially questions directly linked from google search.
3. The "bump question" option does not work, it starts the timer again, but it no longer goes to the top.
4. There needs to be a crackdown on cheating. This place is becoming the place online students go when they want all of their test answers. It is painfully obvious when this happens, so obvious it could be picked up by a computer, and the user banned. This is doing it's par

Hmm.

#1 Haven't been here long so wouldn't know. But I know they changed the site a lo by looking at old screenshots.

#2 Try not to use Internet Explorer. Use Chrome or Firefox. Also don't have too many tabs open at once as it makes it harder to load so many. Also try refreshing your page.

#3 The bump feature does work. Sometimes it doesn't show that your post got bumped. You need to refresh your page to see that it indeed went up.

#4 About that. It is the sad truth. It is anyways against OpenStudy's anti-cheating policy. And also their own school honor code. If you do happen to find any cheating post, then report the question or comment and let a moderator take care of it! Also if no moderator comes within a reasonable time then message a few moderators about it and give them the link. You can also message it to me and I'll bring it to the attention of some of my close mod friends.

And yes hopefully with the owlbucks and qualified helpers coming out, OpenStudy is planning to make some money to help run this site better.

I believe once the OwlBuck's and the Qualified Helper program is introduced to OpenStudy, we will get the money to start improving the site at a faster rate =)

I hope it gets fixed soon and true, with the OwlBuck's and the Qualified Helper program we will soon be up and running! Some people are leaving OS and going to Brainly but to my opinion, OS is way better and shouldn't be given up.

Its a site meant to be homework help too. Our competition. Its horrible, people are super strict. I mean even if your new and post somewhere else your post gets deleted. They also have less subjects. They also have less ''tools''. I personally had a bad experience.

Bump button actually works, it doesn't shows your question going to top in real time (this worked before but looks like something has happened now) but your question is at top! Refresh the page after clicking the bump button and you'll see your question at top ;-)

Well if we get them owlbucks and QH's rolling out we should be able to change the UI faster (maybe) :)
