In the second graph, notice how the blue graph is just the red graph but kind of upside down? Well, that means it's the negative version of that same graph! So blue(x) = -f(x). But, also notice that the red graph has the point (1, 0), while the blue graph has the point (1, -3). So we'll have to subtract 3. Therefore, blue(x) = -f(x) - 3. Try to work out the first one on your own.
