In rational zeros and all... whats the difference between finding all real zeros, and finding all zeros?

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

A real zero is from a real number but all zeros can include complex numbers that include a real and imaginary number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, so like, all zeros would be fractions, rationals etc? Real zeros would just be whole positive or negative nmbers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, basically any number, but no imaginary or complex numbers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Complex as in the numbers with i right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you were asked to find zero, just zeros, then you can include zeros that are complex number.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

complex numbes are mix of real and imaginary number, like 1 + i

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh ok, I'm not good with those so hopefully there are none like that on my test.
