A mountain lion population recently experienced a drop in population size. Which of the following would best describe the limiting factor that is involved? A change occurred in the genetic variability. The deer population experienced a rapid decline due to a parasite. Mountain lion hunting experienced an increase in restrictions. The population of Trichinella, a parasite, experienced a decline. @polarpenguin
the best answer would be "The deer population experienced a rapid decline due to a parasite." the deer population would probably be their main source of food, and according to the food chain, if they die...lions won't have food to eat!! xD
it wouldn't be the first one cause a genetic variability would only affect those who got the negative ones and if it's good..i guess they survive? the last one wont make sense because it won't affect the lions or their main source of food..
thank you i'll post the next one
