I think it's No-CD installed but my heart is telling me incorrect CMOS Setting. Haha, okay. @TuringTest

I was going to suggest something else however since you noted CMOS I will concur with you. If your hard drive is not setup properly in CMOS setup you well get a fixed disk failure/error.
