When installing PCI NICS you can check the IRQ availability by looking at?

You can check multiple ways, however the motherboard itself is only physical. On some motherboards you can check their BIOS and look around for the IRQ availability output. However most operating systems can grab the information for you without the need of going into the motherboard's BIOS.
