OpenStudy (kamille):

Hey,I need to solve this equation: \[x ^{3x-1}\le1\] \[x ^{3x-1}\ \le x ^{0}\] \[3x-1\le0\] \[x \le \frac{ 1 }{ 3 }\] but what is next?

OpenStudy (aaronandyson):

what is it? real number , natural number or what?

OpenStudy (kamille):

I believe \[x \in R\], because the problem only asks to solve the inequality

OpenStudy (aaronandyson):

i think you now just have to plot it in the graph/number line.

OpenStudy (kamille):

Hm, but it is not the full answer,is it?

OpenStudy (aaronandyson):

you cant solve it further........

OpenStudy (kamille):

Uh,oh.

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

yeah. I think you just plot it on a number line like @AaronAndyson said. (Don't forget that the circle has to be enclosed! Good luck :)

OpenStudy (aaronandyson):

OH! yes the enclosed circle thanks for the reminder @butterflydreamer @Kamille be sure that the circles is enclose

OpenStudy (kamille):

well,wolphramalpha gives a different answer,but thanks anyways @AaronAndyson and @butterflydreamer

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

you're welcome :)
