everyone i got it, The ritual of strolling leisurely around a walkway is called a promenade. Did you know that the event known as high school prom originated from this custom of promenading? The word prom is derived from the word promenade. During a prom, people dress up and display themselves socially, just as people do when they go to a plaza in the Spanish-speaking world.
