I know that tests questions are not allowed and should never be answered but what tests would fall in this, what about practice tests and stuff like that?

Practice tests should be ok :)
but still only for studying and understanding purposes, not for the grade

For example, some people have practice tests that have to be completed but are not graded, and that are just for you to familiarize with questions like them, so those are ok?
