I need help please! I do give medals and I will become your fan!

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

I need to choose the equation that represents the graph. Please help me:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I might be able to help if I know what you need help with

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

@undeadknight26 @Daniellelovee Please help me!!

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

Ok. Basically I need help with finding the equation that represents the graph

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

@lexie<3 will you help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think its B

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

I'm not sure that A is right

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

Graph f(x) = x + 3.

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

@sleepyjess can you help me?

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

find the slope and the y intercept then place it on y=mx+b

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

we can deduce that the slope is positive since the graph is going up

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

and the y intercept is positive 3 therefore the answer has to be D

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

Ok please explain:)

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

@Daniellelovee

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

@lexie<3 it can't be B because the line goes up therefore the slope cannot be negative and @horsegirl27 it can't be A because the y intercept is +3 not -3

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

Ok thanks guys!

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

Dont do B ._. What what @Daniellelovee said.

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

so the answer is D

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

So is it B? Or A? Or C or D lol

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

yes we can

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

Cool. Thank you!

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

*claps* Good job @Daniellelovee

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

yes so D ok

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

haha thank you @undeadknight26

OpenStudy (horsegirl27):

You know @Daniellelovee, I used to think your smart score was so high when you first helped me. Now look at mine;)
