Yes there is for iOS.

There is one coming out for android sometime in the second quarter of this year =)

It takes a long time to make an app for android because there are too many phones for android and they need to test the app on each one to make sure that it works perfectly fine. That is why to date there is no app. But like Sammi said, Theapp is coming out for android very soon! So keep watching!
