Could someone help me with this please? I don't remember how to do it when it has negative integers. The question is below

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[3a ^{4}b ^{-2}c ^{3}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need to simplify that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@freckles Could you help me with this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@wio do you think you could help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Abhisar Could you help please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The only thing you can do is move the negative exponent into the denominator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (phi):

I hope they did not ask to simplify. You can rewrite it a different way, but it's not really simpler
