World War l made women take the places of men off to war. The most well-known job they took over was the factory jobs. Women worked the factories that made bullets, guns, and other war materials that their husbands would be using in the war. Without the women working, the lack of supplies would have forced the military to surrender. The women's loyalty to their husbands is what motivated them. Hence, the attached poster being EVERYWHERE. Women always ALWAYS work in the background of wars. Kind of amazing, honestly.
