Given A = {a, e, i, o, u} and B = {a, l, g, e, b, r}, find A ∪ B.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

U is a union, meaning everything in both of the sets. So you'd make a set with these parentheses thingies --> { } and it'd include everything between the two sets. Don't repeat letters though. Like even though there is an a in both, only put one. Hope that helps!

OpenStudy (victor_15):

Yeah, @Bruhhh is right. So it would be {a, b, e, g, i, l, r, o, u} That's in alphabetical order. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

{a, b, e, g, i, l, o, r, u}
