calc problem

OpenStudy (wade123):

@SolomonZelman

OpenStudy (wade123):

can you explain number 2? @SolomonZelman

OpenStudy (displayerror):

That's the integral, you want the derivative.

OpenStudy (wade123):

oh oops

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

show your solution here

OpenStudy (wade123):

2t-9

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

all of it

OpenStudy (wade123):

what?

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

show all of your solution properly

OpenStudy (wade123):

am i finding the derivative of t^2-9t+18 right?

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

can you do it properly, like how you'd show a professor?

OpenStudy (wade123):

2t-9...

OpenStudy (wade123):

@SolomonZelman

OpenStudy (wade123):

@DanJS

OpenStudy (danjs):

?

OpenStudy (wade123):

can you continue ?

OpenStudy (danjs):

the question asks for things about the velocity, they gave you v(t) already, i don't think you need to integrate or differentiate anything here. ave velocity = [ v(8) - v(0)] / [8 - 0] right?

OpenStudy (danjs):

instantaneous velocity at t=5 is v(5)

OpenStudy (wade123):

ohh okay got it(: thanks!

OpenStudy (danjs):

are there more questions to it...3,4,5...?

OpenStudy (danjs):

or do they just give you that other information to conduse you

OpenStudy (danjs):

confuse
