You shouldn't ask 1000 questions in one post, but without spamming you should be able to ask as many questions as you need/want to.

I think you mean, it's sort of offensive if you have such a high score but it came from asking many questions.
But, I think that's much better than answering questions at time, as you are gaining a lot of knowledge :P, don't worry about those folks, asking questions is VERY important.

Spamming is when you post many question in a short amount if time. You space your questions so I am not accusing you.

It only does the spam limit if you try to ask a lot of questios very rapidly. Only other thing that asking more does is increase the Engagement part of your smart score.
