someone please help, graphing systems of constraints!!

Graph the system of constraints. Name the vertices. Then find the values of x and y that maximize or minimize the objective function.
3x + 2y <= 12
x + y <= 5
x >= 0, y >= 0
Maximum for
P = 3x + 5y

If anyone can walk me through this or give me a brief step-by-step I'd appreciate it so so much;;; I've been getting these up till now but I can't see what I'm doing wrong on this problem.
