ok Im not too sure about this but I think you have to change the "tu eres" into
"el es simpático"
"ella es simpática"
"nosotros somos simpáticos"
"nosotras somos simpáticas"
"ustedes son simpáticos"

If I may join in: just remember the *imperativo* (imperative) is used for giving commands.

Here's the imperative for the verb SER (which you need in your exercise):

(tu) - - se [with accent on *e*]
(el/ ella/ Ud.) - - sea
(nosotros/ nosotras) - - seamos
(vosotros/ vosotras) - - sed
(el/ ella/ Uds.) - - sean

So, suppose we want to ask a person to be on time (punctual). We'd say:
*Se puntual.*

Now, how would you ask a person to be nice (in Spanish: *simpatico*)?
