OpenStudy (lukaryse):

Use desmos' graphic calculator, at https://www.desmos.com/calculator

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

desmos would be good, for elementary functions, but I don't think it would be folly correct for something like y=4x(x+1)/(x+1)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

what this calc would do is to graph it as y=4x, (and it is that, with one BUT) the restriction would be: \(\large\color{slate}{ x\ne1 }\)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

I mean \(\large\color{slate}{ x\ne -1 }\)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

So lets graph (for example) \(\large\color{slate}{ y=x(x-2)/(x-2) }\)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

anyways, ...

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

desmos is good, usually
