Question

I called you charming,
I thought you were sweet.
After a while,
We kissed once and done.
Until I left, and then I came back.
Now that I see you around with your friends.
I realize that I never really had a chance.
My friends think your stupid, but I think you smart.
They think your ugly, but in my eyes you’re anything but.
One day we talked and you asked me this:
“Remember that time, that we once kissed?”
I realized now that I think I blushed, and maybe my eyes lit up,
But instead of saying yes, I passed you up.
It was mistake... and I regret it so much,
Because now I'm just a friend who thought about you in another way cause.
Now I know that that was just once, and will not happen again, but I wanted you to know
That I'll be waiting... for you once again.
