I am guessing it is B but I am not sure why.

@KiaralsABro You are right. Laws are so accepted we treat them as scientific fact. Like Acceleration of falling objects subject to the same gravity, in a vacuum. You know, hammer and feather fall at same time. Whether the public accepts it or not makes no difference, and why should it? If you have a bad cut that a Dr. says needs stitches does it matter if a random person off the street agrees with the Dr.? D-Only peer reviewed journals matter for publication.
