Try not to make the boots overlap with the body of the flash owl, and try use flesh skin for his face.

That's better ! But try making the feet a little smaller, and the skin doesn't look quite good yet. Try using the skin on one of my owls below.

All you have to do is copy and paste that owl into your paint program and use the tool that identifies the color on the image to copy the color.

Well, @AnswerMyQuestions, my thing wasn't supposed to be perfect, because I couldn't really do much to his thing without screwing it up a bunch. But, if he had started by using paint.net, it would look better.
