This is probably an opinion. Yes, it is really important, but heck, what if you chose your words perfectly but mixed all the sentences up so it made no sense at all? I don't know but I think it is most likely opinion.

Everyone feels differently on what could be the most important tool (opinion). If there was actually one correct answer, then it would be a fact, but since there isn't everyone only has their own opinion on the subject.
