just imagine the inequality symbol is an equal sign
and that when you divide or multiply by a negative number the inequality symbol flips over
On the first one I was thinking that I had to divide by -4

soo -4/12= -3?

but remember that 4 is negative so the sing flips over
so it's positive 3?
so the answer is A for the first one
no you are dividin 12/-4=-3 and since you divided by a negative the sing changed
