Solve the given linear inequality 3< 3x+6/-2 < 18

OpenStudy (ajspeller):

6/-2 = -3 Add 3 to each term Divide each term by 3

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

\[3<3x+\frac{ 6 }{ -2 }<18\]\[6<3x<21\] now just divide by three, as -6/2 is -3, which we have removed by adding 3 on both sides
