Consider this equation:\[\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }mv ^{2}=e \Delta V\]where m is the mass of the particle; v is the particle velocity; e is the charge on a single electron; and ∆V is the potential difference. Note in the problem that the particle in question has +2e, so you'll need to consider that when solving the problem.
