I was told to create a function that has two different operations... I thought of F(x) = 6x + 20 ... How can i prove that my function is a legitimate function ?

OpenStudy (igreen):

Well it's already in function notation..

OpenStudy (gabylovesyou):

how do i do that ?

OpenStudy (igreen):

Well, you can graph it. Basically, if it's linear it's a function. https://www.desmos.com/calculator/4yxvkww8h7
