I think is color because 1-is not texture because the whole drawing (98% of it) has texture
2-the color of her dress contrasts the color in the background which creates emphasis.
3- there is no negative space since there are no form being created by having negative 'colors'.
4-although there are curved lines they don't lead directly to the emphasis on the picture (the girl) and they don't create a balance for our eyes to follow, instead they lead further.
