Can someone help me explain how the following groups interacted with the geography and ecosystems of the New World: The British in New England, The British in the Middle Colonies, and The British in the Southern Colonies.

These are groups of people that left to explore the new land in search of a better life and/or new riches. The French and the Spanish as well as some of the British in England came to the Americas in search of gold, while the other British were pilgrims forced out of the country by the Brits already there. the pilgrims reshaped the Americas when they lived there trying to establish a civilization.
