yes i noticed that too! okay i learned something about mosaics. they were used on the floor and walls of churches, public buildings, and homes of the wealthy. also A mosaic is a picture made up of hundreds and sometimes thousands of pieces of colored marble or glass.
im guessing it means general area it doesnt specify that.

I know that they followed polytheistic religions because they believed in many gods. They also performed like rituals in the name of these gods. I know the Aztecs and I also think the Incas did human sacrifices to bring themselves closer to their gods.
