Complete the outline on the sheet with what you think are the most important things to pass on to future generations. I. Major Events A. War in Europe and North Africa B. War in the Pacific II. Leadership A. Political Leaders B. Military Leaders III. End of the War A. Human Cost B. Economic Results C. Atomic Legacy @PRAETORIAN.10

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

so i choose one of each 3 right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you mean?

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

oh wait do you want me to fill in the blanks under the headings?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i want you to complete the outline

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

okay but it wont be super in depth as im not totally epic at this time period

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats ok when you have it can you message it to me and not post it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i will still give you a medal

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

I. Major Events A. War in Europe and North Africa i really dont know that much about this but i presume its with germane regards to germany's intrusions and the 2 world wars within which countless civilians and soldeirs on both fronts died B. War in the Pacific this is where america and japan went all out and blew up eathother and perl harbour and all the rest of it and we really need to take away from these events the reality that war is on all fronts and men and women die in the air and land and sea II. Leadership A. Political Leaders well this is where the famous war leaders like stalin and hitler went all megalomanic and treid taking over the world with their sinister ideologies and Winston Churchill, Franklin D. Roosevelt all stood up for the safety of all B. Military Leaders this is the same as i just said above pretty much III. End of the War A. Human Cost well obviously the death toll was catastrophic how many people died who would have one day grown up to create amazing inventions but never got the chance B. Economic Results well dayum cities got burned to the ground and trade relations ceased C. Atomic Legacy idk what it means by this unless its talking about Hiroshima which obviously sucked

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you now there is another part

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

okay, but i have a bunch of other people to help after this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i need a memoir of the outline

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

ugh what?

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

lol i wasnt born then

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

a memoir is something like a journal or a diary

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

lol how old do i look ;~;

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so can you do it :)

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

if it is fake yeah sure

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

but lol dude im 19 and this period of time was wayyyy back when my grandparents were kids

OpenStudy (anonymous):

come on please

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

lol dude of course i will help you but you have to realise that i cant make a memoir seeing as i was born years and years after the events

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

i mean i can probs make a false short story about 1 event but even that will be totally fabricated

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont care how good it is just make it match the outline

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@PRAETORIAN.10 ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hello can you guys help me @jonnyboy101 and @Daniellelovee

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

we can try

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so you need a memoir ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes and i need the outline completed

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

omg but lol at @PRAETORIAN.10 answer XD "how old do I look?" haha and I have one question regarding your question do you want it like a made up journal or one from someone that was in the war (like Anne Frank)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

someone who was in the war

OpenStudy (kimberlyevens):

omg thats my assignment!!

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

well Anne Frank was a little jewish girl who wrote a journal of her experience during the war

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

surprise! @kimberlyevens lol XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Our many Jewish friends and acquaintances are being taken away in droves. The Gestapo is treating them very roughly and transporting them in cattle cars to Westerbork, the big camp in Drenthe to which they're sending all the Jews....If it's that bad in Holland, what must it be like in those faraway and uncivilized places where the Germans are sending them? We assume that most of them are being murdered. The English radio says they're being gassed BY ANNE FRANK

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

Way to copy and paste XD

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

*applaud*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hahha i gave credit tho lol

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

lol yeah plagiarizing (not sure if I spelled correctly) rule

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so is that what i use for the memoir but in my own words

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well im trying to help lol and i didnt say that i was in the war so i wrote it by myself lol

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

that would be a smart way of using it :) but it depends if your teacher wants a primary source (words from her journal) or a secondary source (word made out of somebody else's experience)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and yes @pielover<3sU IN YOUR OWN WORDS LOL DONT GET ME IN TROUBLE LOL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is what my teacher said....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

complete the following outline. Then, write your memoir of World War II. This should include what you think is the most important information about the war that should be passed on to future generations. Your memoir should be at least one paragraph, but can be longer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and then, write a short memoir of your experiences during the war.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

THEN THATS ALL U NEED

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

oh ok so you got the first part (the Anne Frank paragraph) and then you just write where you would have been on the war

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok and what about the outline

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cant say any better thanks @Daniellelovee

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

no problem and someone already wrote your outline...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but he didnt complete it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well guys have a great night ill go off to my world :)

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

he didn't?

OpenStudy (kimberlyevens):

are you loging off @jonnyboy101

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup :( talk to you guys later

OpenStudy (kimberlyevens):

bye then talk to you later @jonnyboy101

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no he didnt @Daniellelovee

OpenStudy (anonymous):

bye

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

can you point what he was missing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

B. Military Leaders C. Atomic Legacy

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

B.Military Leaders http://www.historylearningsite.co.uk/military_commanders_of_world_war.htm there is a list and if you click on their names you'll have a summary of their life's

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

and for Atomic legacy I guess they mean the Atomic bombs which were created during the war

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

so he was right when he mentioned Hiroshima http://world-war-2.info/atomic-bomb/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok and is that it?

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

yes lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well thank you so much then

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

np :)

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

OpenStudy (kimberlyevens):

np @Daniellelovee

OpenStudy (kimberlyevens):

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

OpenStudy (kimberlyevens):
