For A, 5 is the slope, actually. ^_^ So to find the y-intercept just add 5 to -3. :)

B is in slope-intercept form y = mx + b where b is the y-intercept.
C is in standard form so we just have to solve it for y to get it in slope-intercept form.
Subtract 8x from both sides then divide both sides by 4.
D is just a graph so we can see the y-intercept. It's where the line crosses the y-axis.
