Which of the following expressions is the conjugate of a complex number with -6 as the real part and -5i as the imaginary part? 6+5i 6-5i -6-5i <--? -6+5i <--? I think it might be either c or d but I'm not sure. Help?

OpenStudy (displayerror):

A conjugate pair is of the form: \[a \pm bi\] Meaning you have two equations: \[a + bi\] \[a - bi\] So in this case, because you have -6 - 5i as one equation, its conjugate would be D, -6 + 5i
