for b, pascals triangle tells you that your leading your expansion will have the pattern "1 3 3 1" for your leading coefficients. Since it's an odd power, your sign is going to alternate.

I actually have no idea how to do this pascal's triangle thing... it was so confusing. I have no idea how to set up the equation at all. Could you please just give me the answers for them? I feel real bad asking lol but I mean I'd really appreciate it. :/
