I think its B because when you rotate 90° clockwise you, you change your coordinates from (x,y) to (y,-x) which changes (-4,1) into (1,-4)

(x,y) to (y,-x) is the correct rule but s (-4,1) changes into (1, -(-4)) = (1, 4)
