Ok I think I can help you with health a little
1- I think is the achilles tendon because that is one of the reason pointe shoes for ballerinas take long to adquire.
2-Stretch in a slow easy manner (again while doing warm ups you have to stretch slowly and work through the pain or you'll get sore muscles or injuries.)
