Has he created an impenetrable barrier that no one can do anything about? Not even the MODS? Not even @Preetha herself? The Problem with @abb0t continues to prosper it's nasty, undermining, fraudulent attitude to all of OS. @abb0t continues to pretend to be a mod and even king, a king that disrespects his so called "peasants" (quote from abb0t himself). Is anyone going to stop this or is this all allowed on OS for everyone? OS is, and should remain, a caring peaceful environment. Lets deal with this.

You can suspend users as many times as you want, but they can also keep making new accounts. We mods don't always pay attention to the chats, as it would need 24/7 moderating, that's why community suspension exists, so if enough users are getting annoyed they can suspend the user on their own (do not abuse this, as we can see this). Only admins can ip ban the users, so for us we are limited with our tools, and there's only so much we can do.

While abb0t is on the rude side, he is generally not vulgar and usually only calls people out over things like asking for answers when he has personally seen it. He has a low tolerance for people that ask known test questions or spam and has seen enough of them asked again and again to recognize the test ones and he is on enough to see the spam in say biology and chemistry. All the while, he generally stays within the rules. He is not swearing and when we dig through the chat logs, he is generally not starting things but rather replying to them.

So, for example, if someone started on OS with a bunch of questions like, "what is poo" and other junk like that, and was suspended over it, abb0t would develop a low opinion of that person. This would also be true of all the moderator's opinions of that person. Then abb0t might be very unfriendly to that person.

Now, I am not saying how abb0t expresses his distaste for spamming biology and chemistry with junk questions is appropriate. I am just explaining how it could happen.

The only way I can see to get back on abb0t's good side, and certainly the moderators, is through regular, proper use of the site. Also, staying out of chat fights helps. Heck, the people that use the site for homework help and keep out of the chats are ones that never have problems!

This honestly is garbage. why should OS allow people to treat other people poorly because "everyone" likes him. He should not be able to create a barrier of "friends and mods" that make him untouchable. I am sad to say that most mods are condoning behavior like this. You guys seem to be reasonable people that want to make things as peaceful as possible. Why do we allow this?

I don't think @e.mccormick I am glad that your going to bring up my "new user embarrassing moments" just to reflect off the subject at hand. I think that you make yourself sound weak when you say that this is ok, but when somebody posts in the wrong section, the world is going to end.

Abb0t has been very helpful on OS especially in Bio and Chem subjects. And he has been on OS for a long time. If you don't like him, then block him, report him. If he is in the chat you are, then go find another chat. That simple.

Lets just tell you that OpenStusy is not the government. And that OpenStudy does not have freedom of speech either. OpenStudy is a private company and you have to follow the rules that are laid out to you. Also me 10? lol If I use anybodys work I make sure to inform everybody that is is not my work. Not let everyone think that I made it and then be shamed when everyone finds out it was made by somebody else.
