Yeah, that's what I'm getting. I don't think you have to rotate the figure because you're not stretching or compressing the figure, so A'B'C'D' is congruent to ABCD. I used the distance formula to find each of the given lengths (the choices you were provided): \(\text{Distance} = \sqrt{ \left(x_2 - x_1\right)^2 + \left(y_2 - y_1\right)^2}\) and found that \(A'B' = \sqrt{17}\).
