I'm not sure about the exact pattern they want you to folllow (more than one pattern could be used), but here's a sentence structure you can use:

(I'm including an example sentence just below.)

Subject + Indirect Object [IO] pronoun + verb + Direct Object [DO] + IO (*a* + noun)
Juan le da los caramelos a Ana

(in English: "John gives the sweets to Ann." )
As you can see, in this particular structure the IO is repeated (*le* and *a Ana* are both indirect object), and one of those (either *le* or *a Ana*) could be left out. But this repetition is typical in Spanish. Does it make sense to you?

So, if you know the subjects they want you to use, I believe you could follow that structure easily.

Besides, remember what the verb forms for the verb DAR (to give) are? This is important because they will change depending on the subject you're using. They are as follows:

(yo) - - doy
(tu) - - das
(el/ ella/ Ud.) - - da
(nosotros/ nosotras) - - damos
(vosotros/ vosotras) - - dais
(el/ ella/ Uds.) - - dan
