The triangle ABC is dilated with respect to the point O(8, -3) and the scale factor 3 to a new triangle A'B'C'. What are the coordinates of B'? (24, -9) (24, -3) (12, -9) (-4, -3)

Dilation means, the scale has changed in size, yet it's still proportional to the regular triangle.
All you have to do is multiply the original coordinate by 3. So the coordinate of B presented is (4,-3), so what can we say?
(12, -9)?
