What happens when you bump a question?

Whenever I bump a question nothing happens, except it says I can't do it for a certain amount of time. What is supposed to happen?

When you bump a question....

Preetha personally eats a burrito to attain the power known as farting
Then, she releases the noxious gases into the Bumping Machine,
(We don't actually know how the Bumping Machine works....some stolen files suggest the use of unicorn powder and Flowers from Obama's Garden, though none of this has been confirmed)

Anywhoo, the Bumping Machine then transfers these special lil gases towards questions
When the gases reach the question, the gases fuse with the question and create the power of LIFT!!!

"Lift Off" You might say ;)

Then the question says "Cya Suckas" to all them old questions and rises up like a smexy ballon of awesomeness

Den that question sticks at the top, being seen by all, praised by all, for it's awesome stuffs ;3

So that's basically how bumping happens n stuff

And mine don't go to the top they go to second or third to the top. The one that was at the top stays at the top
