I've tried to Google all of the events to find a date for each one of them. However, it's very hard.. I ended up with 2 - 4 - 1 -3, but that is not one of your options.. Hm. 

1: July 26, 1948
2: April 15, 1947
3: 2. November 1948
4: December 5, 1946
 
These were the dates I found at first. I guess they wont really help you much, since it doesn't seem to match any of the options you've been given. I am sorry, but I really tried to help you!
