Okay, so pi/6 is equal to 15 degrees. What we're looking for is an angle that's equivalent to 15, but with additional rotations around the circle (375, 735, etc.) There are 2pi radians in a circle therefore pi/6 is a reference for 13pi/6

Because 13pi/6 = 2pi + pi/6
