I have noticed some links do not direct you to the desired page.
For example, clicking or doing the whole copying and pasting thing for : http://openstudy.com/groups/mathematics/updates/4e41d1280b8b1fdcd4b52b71 will just take you to the openstudy math study page group.

it has something to do with how the browser reads urls
like for the url you gave it first goes to openstudy.com then "groups" then "mathematics" then gets confused and stops because the question's url is logged under "study" then the "#/updates/numbers"

yes :) that happens when somebody tagged u and delete that reply
but the link u post ^above is --->when "mod" delete that post that's why its take u the math users list

Weird thing is that wasn't telling me the page had been deleted before...
