I am tempted to advocate "option shopping" on this problem The triangles are not known to be congruent so CPCTC is out. The outer triangle is not known to be isosceles so that option is out. There are no vertical angles in the diagram so that option is out.

So, which option is left? Or, looking at the diagram and recalling that SAS is Side-Angle-Side, which option?
