IF the -pGLO LB/Amp plates had colonies, what two things would you have to change about your lab design and WHY? -pGLO means no plasmid LB is a nutrient(constant variable) Amp-antibiotic

@prguan What does the presence of colonies mean? Did you want untransformed bacteria to grow on a plate with AMP in it? The question is not very clear. There could be many reasons for this and some of them may not require any real change.
