In one second the pipe would deliver 2v cm³

In 5 minutes (300 seconds) the pipe would deliver 600v cm³

1500 litres = 1,500,000 cm³

600v cm³= 1,500,000 cm³
v = 1,500,000/600 = 2500cm/s = 25m/s
